I guess this is what one would call a bio...

Hi! I am Tracey Sawatzky. I enjoy bubble tea, and indie music. Creating art is my passion. I adore anything vintage or eccentric. I am a strong believer in peace, animal rights and saving the environment. I am a public transit user and obsess about recycling. My favorite color is green. I love all flowers and everything outdoors. However I am thankful for several technologies (like cameras and Photoshop!). I find inner peace just thinking about the ocean, I am drawn to all types of rocks and love gazing up at the stars. This is me, and this is my life!

To give you a little bit of history: In 2007, I became interested in photography and ever since then I have hardly put my camera down. (Especially when I bought my Canon Rebel XSi!) Up until the summer of 2009 I have mainly shot nature or still life images until my wonderful friends asked me to photograph their beautiful wedding, where I found my love for photographing people. (Thanks B&L!) Photography is only part of what I like to do. I have always loved creating art with several different types of mediums. I also design and make jewelry under the name Tiny Star Creations.

WEDDING!!!

My first wedding!!!
I have found my love for photographing people!!!

This experience was wonderful! I would like to thank B&L for letting me photograph their special day.
